Sidcot Swim School Agreement

Lessons:

• The number of lessons is set at the start of each term but is nrmally equal to the number of weeks in each Sidcot School term
• Each lesson is 30 minutes in duration, Swim Club sessions are 60 minutes in duration. At the instructors discretion each lesson/session may include 5 minutes at the start where parents/guardians are given a verbal update on participant progress
• Participants commit to the full number of lessons agreed at the start of the term
• Payment for the agreed number of lessons/sessions is to be made in full on or before registration for the first lesson

Payment:

• Acceptable methods of payment are cash, cheque or BACS (preffered). Cheques are to be made payable to 'Sidcot School'. Please include the slip at the bottm of the invoice with cash and cheque payments or the swimmers name and class on the rear of the cheque. BACS payments should have the reference SSS 'Child's surname' and be made to:

• Sidcot School parents can choose to have their Swim School fees added to their school extra's bill, please email swimschool@sidcot.org.uk if you would like to choose this option

Cancellations and non-attendance:

• No refunds are given for non-attendance due to illness or forgotten lessons
• Credit for holidays and long term sickness are available if agreed in advance with the Swim School Management
• In order to provide an opportunity to organise classes please notify the ofice as soon as possible if you no longer wish to have swimming lessons with us

• I agree that my child may participate in the Swim School and is fit to do so
• I agree to emergency dental or medical treatment for my child
• Should the behaviour of the participant or spectators be unacceptable or disruptive to the teaching of swimming they may be asked to leave

Parking:

Please ensure that all the cars are parked in the main car park on Oakridge Lane and not at the front of the main building or the Sports Centre, this is with the exception of disabled badge holders or prior arrangement in exceptional circumstances.

Please use the signposted pedestrian pathway from the car park to the Sports Centre and not the vehicle entrance, this is for your own safety.

Vehicles and their contents are left at the owners risk and while the School makes all resonable efforts to protect clients property it takes no responsibility for damage or theft.

Please note that while on the school site Swim School customers are not permitted anywhere other than the car park, Sports Centre and transit between the two without specific permission
